Love's dance

Love's Dance was composed by Jeremy Challender as a wedding present for his brother. Jeremy and Debra had been working together for about a year, when he approached Debra and asked if she could write lyrics for his composition.

Love's Dance was then entered into the 24th National Songwriting Contest and was the winner of the Jazz/Blues category.

Getting To Know Me

Her latest CD presents original jazz compositions, and a fresh and exciting interpretation of some very familiar pop, jazz, folk, blues, show tunes and rock.

Debra displays a wonderful emotional sensibility to this eclectic
collection of song titles. Drawing from a diverse range of influences, such as Jimi Hendrix, Joni Mitchell and Bacharach just to name a few. Many have likened her sound to the great singing talents of artists such as Peggy Lee and Blossom Dearie.
